Lessons and prospects for enhancing VET in transnational cooperation

4 years of technical assistance through daunting and challenging times have passed!
Italian and Albanian Inter-governmental program for Vocational Education through innovation (“VET through innovation”) promoted by Italian Cooperation in Tirana and executed for the technical assistance component by a consortium of VET providers (IFOA, AECA, SERINAR) led by Region Emilia-Romagna in collaboration with ARTER is bringing lessons learnt and development prospects to a final public discussion with stakeholders at the Rakip Kryeziu school in Fier, on September 13.
Rakip Kryeziu school, strong of its 71-year long history as the main hub for agriculture skills in the south of Albania, has been completely renovated through the program and has received a dedicated program of agriculture curriculum innovation and teaching skills’ enhancement, thanks to the technical assistance component led by Emilia-Romagna.
In the official EU year of skills, Pema consortium (a member of Pact for skills since may 2023) organises a final conference that will offer the opportunity to take stock of results, lesson learnt and prospects for collaborative VET in a transnational framework to rise to the challenges of skills and jobs in the next decade in the Adriatic-Ionian Macroregion.
