On 4 December 2020, a pema project meeting was held, with the participation of representatives of the Albanian MEF and of the #NAVETQ and #NAES agencies, aimed at laying the foundations for the development of the learning objectives of the future Multifunctional Agricultural Education Center of Fier and Lushnje, within the Albanian #AQF Competence Framework and within the European Competence Framework (EQF).
From the Emilia-Romagna Region and the PEMA technical assistance consortium, the main points on which a process of regulation of the certification of skills is based were illustrated. It has often been mentioned that this regulation must be based on flexible tools that allow skills to be adapted to the transformation of economic and production contexts.
The role of connection between the Institutions, schools and the territory, understood as a set of stakeholders, is important. It was also recalled how crucial the learning of the Italian language is to allow future agricultural experts the ability to enter dual paths also in collaboration with Italian companies. The meeting was a fruitful moment of defining the 2021 work agenda on the AQF curricula in collaboration with Navetq.
On December 11, 2020, during a seminar of the Pema project, eight Albanian secondary institutes that offer qualification courses in the agricultural field met to discuss some best practices implemented by the secondary and vocational training system in Emilia-Romagna.
The meeting is part of the “peer learning” program of the Pema project for teachers’ training. The managers and teachers of the schools listened to the professional training scenarios illustrated by Dr. Bergamini, Director of the Training Policies Service of the Emilia-Romagna Region; the illustration by Prof. Sicuri of the innovative network of secondary schools in Parma that have become a laboratory for “Food Farm 4.0” employability in synergy with important companies in the area; an in-depth study on the role of training bodies for certification courses by Luca Boetti of Ifoa; the presentation of the school office of the Italian Embassy in Tirana by prof. Cucciarelli.
The comparison process continues in 2021 with workshops on European project management and on the definition of innovative training plans in the agricultural field.
