On April 7 in Bologna, Italy, a delegation from Agriculture University of Tirana, led by the Rector Prof. Fatbardh Sallaku, met with a delegation of the University of Ferrara led by Vice Rector Prof. Evelina Lamma.
During the talks, student and PhD mobility and research opportunities were discussed also in view of a forthcoming Memorandum of Understanding between the two Universities.
Sustainability of rural ecosystems and advanced programs of training were at the center of the discussion. Agriculture University of Tirana is supporting Pema process for introducing a new post-secondary qualification in agriculture in Albania. Links with international advanced tertiary education will help strengthen the process for a new qualification.
